I OF IV · UNDER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Your taxes, reviewed by hand .
II · APPROACH
Why a CPA matters.
Tax software gives you a form. A CPA gives you a second opinion. Rebecca Boss has prepared returns for individuals, businesses, trusts, and estates since 1996 — catching the deductions and credits that self-filers miss, and keeping pace with a tax code that rewrites itself every year.
III · AUTHORITY
“The hardest thing in the world to understand is the income tax.”
IV · SERVICES OFFERED
Seven categories. One CPA.
Returns prepared, signed, and explained .
- i.
Individual
Form 1040 — federal and state — for W-2 earners, the self-employed, and households with rental, investment, or pass-through income. Every deduction examined, not just the obvious ones.
- ii.
Corporation
Form 1120 — federal and accompanying state corporate returns. Prepared in coordination with your bookkeeping so the numbers reconcile before they're filed.
- iii.
LLC
Schedule C, Form 1065, or Form 1120-S — depending on how your LLC is taxed. If you're not sure which applies, that question gets answered first.
- iv.
Gift Tax
Form 709 for gifts above the annual exclusion. Filed correctly now so the lifetime exemption math doesn't surprise your estate later.
- v.
Trust
Form 1041 fiduciary returns for revocable, irrevocable, and testamentary trusts — filed in the year the trust earns income, not whenever it's convenient.
- vi.
Estate
Form 1041 for estate income and Form 706 where the estate's value crosses the federal threshold. Prepared with the beneficiaries' interests in mind, not just the filing deadline.
- vii.
Sales Tax
Monthly sales and use tax reporting for Arkansas businesses. Prepared, filed, and reconciled — so the state isn't the first one to notice a discrepancy.
