II OF IV · UNDER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Books that tell you the truth .

II · OVERVIEW

PERSONALIZED · COST-EFFICIENT · TIMELY

Most small-business owners are drowning in their own books — not because they're bad at business, but because bookkeeping isn't the business. Rebecca Boss CPA takes it off your desk entirely.

She learns how the business actually works, then handles the accounting herself — not delegated, not templated. Personalized, timely, and priced for what a Northwest Arkansas small business actually needs.

III · WHAT'S COVERED

SIX SERVICES · ONE CPA

Six things your books need a CPA to own.

I.

Accounting System Set-up

Bad chart of accounts costs you every month. Rebecca builds one that matches how the business actually earns and spends — so every close is clean, not a puzzle to untangle.

II.

Bookkeeping — monthly, quarterly, or annual

Rebecca does the bookkeeping herself. Monthly close with a real P&L for owners who need to know where things stand; quarterly for practices that file on a quarter; annual for sole proprietors who just need clean numbers at tax time. One CPA, not a rotation of staff.

III.

QuickBooks — support and training

When QuickBooks is set up wrong, every report lies. Rebecca fixes the setup, cleans the data, and shows you exactly what happened so it stays clean going forward. Desktop or Online.

IV.

Financial Statement Compilation

Income statement, balance sheet, cash-flow statement — compiled for a banker, an investor, a lender, or your own peace of mind. Compilation engagement (not audit, not review). Rebecca tells you which level of assurance the situation actually requires.

V.

Monthly Sales & Use Tax Reporting

Arkansas sales-and-use returns prepared and filed every month. Missing one is a small oversight. Missing six months is a penalty notice. Outsource this to someone who tracks the deadlines so you don't have to.

VI.

Form 1099 Preparation & Reporting

1099-NEC and 1099-MISC prepared for every contractor and reportable payment, filed before the deadline, copies to recipients. Handle this in January, not after the IRS letter arrives.
